Full-day tours give you time for a proper route, a lunch stop and a sense of the landscape. The Greenway Easy Day is the gentlest at 40 km and 180 m. The Forest Gravel Loop is 72 km and 1,050 m on forest tracks and farm roads. The Volcano Gravel Day is 88 km and 1,600 m between extinct volcanoes. The Costa Brava Coast Road is the longest at 118 km and 1,650 m, with a seafood lunch stop. Pick by climbing first, then by surface. Plan to be out for most of the day and keep the evening light.
